Amarte ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. Federal holidays.
All orders are processed before the end of the next business day.
Delivery times within zones are estimated. Guaranteed overnight and two-day shipping services are available.
United States Postal Service (USPS) Mail is required for PO Box and military deliveries. USPS confirmation numbers serve only to verify package delivery and are not for in-route tracking.
International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges, as determined by each country, which are associated with their purchase. Please check with your local postal carrier regarding these charges prior to ordering. Shipping and handling fees on refused packages are non-refundable.
Undeliverable orders returned to Amarte, including refused shipments, are subject to a $15 service charge.

At Amarte, we strive to create products that consumers love. As part of our commitment to excellence, we offer a free no-risk return policy on all domestic orders placed on our Website. If you are not completely satisfied with any Amarte product for any reason you may return it free at any time for a full refund.
Refunds with free return shipping are subject to the following conditions:
- At least one half of product contents must remain.
- Return pre-authorization is required. To obtain pre-authorization, log in to your Amarte Account, click on the Return Product tab and follow the instructions. To inquire about a return, please contact Customer Service.
- Returns from outside the United States do not qualify for free return shipping but are otherwise fully guaranteed.
- Product returns without pre-authorization will not be accepted.
When returning a purchase, the following items must be included to receive a full refund:
- Product(s) being returned
- All print materials, including the packing slip and original packaging materials
- Return Authorization Number (obtained by customer from Amarte via email) clearly written on the outside of the package
